"I can't actually rate the level of service I might have received, however, my 'appointment' was a waste of time. I booked a 10 a.m. appointment (I was told over the phone come in at 9:45 maybe she can do your pedicure then, so I asked for a 9:45 appointment but was told no, appointment was for 10. I arrived at 10, every pedicure chair was full; no one greeted me. When I asked to reschedule I was told that someone was almost done, just wait. No service, no apology, and I will never go back."
