"Worse nail experience. I got a gel manicure, my daughter got her nails painted - $50 (the price was not the issue here but for the service it was ridiculous). This was my first time here and I brought my almost four year old daughter with me. My daughter wanted 2 different color pinks and told the manicurist who was extremely impatient with her. So she just brought out one pink. She didn’t cut her nail and just started painting so I asked her if she can cut her nails too. Initially she ignored me but I asked again. She was visibly irritated and took off the polish on the one nail she painted. Then I also told her several times that my daughter wanted two different pinks (I think she missed this many times because my daughter talks slow). Then she got up from behind the counter and brought out the book and told me this is what my daughter picked. She then threw the book down and walked away and another manicurist had to finish my daughter who was almost in tears by this time. My manicure was fine and he was nice."
