"I went here after years of not having my nails done and I didn't know what to expect. I went there on a recommendation and the lady who did my nails, her name was Linda. She is very kind and a very good person. However, when you go to a salon, I feel like you should be made a priority, that attention to detail should always be made. You should be able to relax. These things do not happen here. You are spending your hard earned money. My nails were far from perfect and they should have been perfect. She seriously just seemed burnt out. The salon was filthy and dank feeling, the staff is unkempt looking. I'm not sure what was going on but I chalked it up to it just being a busy day and I went about my business. I had resolved to the idea that that is what you should expect from a cheap nail salon. But, it is not. There are many places out there that do much better work, have a lovely atmosphere, and are incredibly customer service oriented, for around the same pricing. The person who referred me just got her nails done, they were all uneven, air bubbles in the gel. One burst and there's a huge hole in her nail. Visible brush strokes and huge creases. She said she will never go back either. I don't know what's up with this place but I am taking my business elsewhere."
