"No cuticle oil or cuticle tool used to push back cuticles before hacking them off with the clippers. Painful and it looks terrible. I didnt get to wash my hands before the gel polish process and they didn't use the first bonding coat. Bubbles and wrinkles in the gel polish and uneven edges. Never coming back again. Left before a pedicure. I was scared I would lose a toe. My cuticles hurt as I type this review.PS. I asked for square nails."
