"Will never go to vive nails in Tanasbourne again! Used to come here all the time with my daughter and reccomend friends. It used to be wonderful and would come here even if I had to wait in line and even though they are more expensive than their competition. Today, I was greeted by an awful front desk person with the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life, yelled at by many rude employees, my feet were burned literally burned by the horrible nail tech whe...n putting my feet or should I say slamming my feet into the paraffin wax. She slammed my feet, and shoved them. and then yelled at me and told me I had to do this my feet were awful and I needed it done. Which I of course replied yes I know that's why I'm here. She also Forgot the drink she asked me if I wanted which was Ice-T. - then started talkibg about me with the root front desk lady which I knew for a fact because they were pointing and looking at me and laughing. I don't normally do this, but I think it's very important this day and age especially as a small business owner, to start standing up for this kind of thing. I refused and will no longer be ashamed and made to feel bad about coming to a business to spend my hard-earned money. I attempt to go out of my way, above and beyond and I have my employees also provide incredible customer service to my clients. I don't care if I'm having the worst day of my life. Why? because, this is that job that I chose to do, and if I'm unhappy then maybe I should change my circumstance, but the real reason is because there is so much competition, if I don't do something to set my business apart and make sure my customers recieve a first class experience, then I deserve to lose business to my competitor across the street who will surely make them feel not ashamed for spending money at their establishment. And PS I was planning on getting the works. Left in the middle of my pedicure (and also paid in full) and my friend was on her way down to meet me who is now going to meet me somewhere else for her Pedi. Never again- ended up going to Paradise Nails up the street. Where I received incredible customer service the best full set of solar nails I probably ever had from Sofia, and a beautiful facility that was bigger better I better equipment and smell better and less expensive.
