"Have been going there for a few years now, and have always been treated well by Kevin and his staff. But I must let him know that he needs to be aware of the fact that I was not welcome yesterday 3/7/18 (12:00). Place was empty with 2 technicians available. I came in for my routine 2 week maintenance and your available technician was on her phone with her feet up. She was asked to take care of me and instead told the front desk receptionist (who is so kind and accommodating) that she didn't want to do it and have the other technician do it... Never will I go back. As a business owner myself, I would be furious if my staff treated a longtime client and resident of the community to be turned away because 'she didn't feel like doing it'!"
