"As a walk-in, this place isn't streamlined. One person does your manicure and another for your pedicure. I have no chip on my nails, so I would like to soak it off while getting my pedicure. Don't know who is doing my manicure, so soaking it off isn't an option. The manager was of no help. She doesn't know who is doing it either. Aren't you in charge ma'am? I'll try another place when I need a quick mani and pedi."
