"This place is terrible. One star is too much! They do not honor the frequent points card, one day they say you have earned a free mani or pedi, then when you attempt to use your points they say you don't have enough. Also, they do not sterilize any of their metal tools. The sterilization bags are not subject to enough heat to indicate they are sterilized. If you don't believe this ask to see the bags as they are clearly marked. Steer clear."
