"Me and my mom both love Tanya, and get our nails done by her every time. We were told she would be in town until Saturday, but when I got there they said she had already left for vacation. This is not what we were originally told, as my mom had an appointment with her. I signed in at about 2 and there was 2 people ahead of me. They both got helped around 2:20 and by that time 3 more people had signed in after me. Someone came up and asked who was next and after saying I was she walked away, came back and grabbed all the 3 other people behind me in line. I ended up sitting and waiting till 2:50, and never got helped. When i went to talk to the lady I was originally talking to, she was very rude and continued to not help me although there was 2 people sitting at their desks doing nothing. She then said it would be a few minutes, so I waited. Again, nothing changed. I then got up and left. Awful service."
