"I went for a simple pedicure and asked for callus remover gel. I was pleasantly greeted by manager and promptly sat in chair. The technician remained on her cell the entire time talking loudly and when I asked that callus remover remain the appropriate time (atleast 3 mins) I was dismissed. She quickly proceeded disregarding the proper application of the 5$ add feature. I again interrupted her conversation to remind her and was dismissed. Upon completion I addressed the situation w/ manager and he tried to defend her actions stating it was a technician discretion as too how much time was needed and proceeded to charge me the additional 5$. My feet are not horribly rough but this was suppose to be my treat and I left same as I entered except she also drenched my pant legs. This place isn’t worth it unless you already know exactly who you are dealing with. Plenty of nearby salons to choose from."
