"I feel like I’m a pretty laid back client and I won’t complain unless it’s necessary and today my mani pedi was definitely not worth what I paid for! The only good thing from my experience was my massage but when my nail tech was doing my toes he pinched my pinky toe and it started bleeding and he put it back in the water and smiled at me like as if nothing happened even though I said it hurt and I was pointing out the fact that it was bleeding... and after I left I had pieces of towel in my polish and a gash on my toe that was still bleeding when I left!"
