"I walked in to get a pedicure. A lady was doing a manicure. I told her I needed a pedicure. She called someone up front. They didn't come up.The lady doing the manicure said she's on the phone. You could hear laughing coming from the back. The lady up front said she's always on the phone & called her again & she didn't come up front. Long story short, the lady up front called the lady in the back 4 times! When she finally came up front she said something in their language & started taking care of someone else. Then the lady who had been in front told me it was going to be a wait. I told her I had gotten bad customer service there before & would be back! She said, Ok. Thank you.'' I left! Don't waste your time with Nail love!"
