"I tried this place after a couple of friends recommended it, despite the amount of negative reviews. I got a full set in stilettos, which the manager applied beautifully. He then handed me off to another nail tech, Phillip, who proceeded to apply the acrylic lopsided and totally killed the shape. He was far too rough with the drill and left my cuticles raw and slightly bleeding. He was also very unfriendly, and would push my arms and hands around instead of asking to change my position. Eventually I asked the manager for someone else to fix the very crooked nail on my thumb, which he did a quick file on to somewhat change the shape but I felt he should have at least apologized as I was clearly unhappy. Obviously I will not be returning, and I would strongly recommend that if you decide to give this salon a try, get a different nail tech."
