"My technician was so sleepy he had to take a break for coffee and a snack, then came back and made my cuticles bleed while cutting them. He also had to be shown how to use the polish I wanted. It took twice as long as it should've, and I was offered no discount for the bloody cuticles and extended time. I have been going here regularly, but may reconsider after this experience."
