"Most of the staff is lovely but there is a young man that works at this salon who is extremely rude. I have come to this place a couple of times and one time he did my pedicure and made unnecessary jokes and comments. My toe actually ended up getting infected near the nail bed the evening after my pedicure which leads me to believe the tools he had been using had not been sterilized. Most recently I came in to ask for polish to touch up a chip (I was a customer the day before) and the young man scoffed at me when I asked him how long it would take for someone to just find the polish so I could touch my my nail myself. He said to me, “You can see we have customers.” As mentioned, I was a customer the day before and I wasn’t trying to take away time from anyone else. I was planning on doing the touch up myself and it would take only a second. I told the young man that my husband and child were in the car and I was in a bit of a hurry-he rolled his eyes at me and said, “husband and child?” Then laughed. It was so bizarre and rude. The girl that did my nails the day before was really kind and went to go grab me the color from the back.It’s unfortunate this young man works here because this nail salon is very close to my home and as mentioned before-most of the staff are wonderful. But I will go out of my way to go somewhere else. I do not feel comfortable at this nail salon."
