"Having gone to this place for 3 years I was extremely disappointed today. I wanted dip instead of gel. The girl filed, Dremel, filed put on first coat then 3 coats of dip. She then pushed my fingers down around nails and Dremel again, more filing more layers more Dremel, it just went on and on. My nails now hurt, never got a hand massage and now I see ridges from the Dremel. The service is never the same even if you get the same person. Very expensive which I should have asked but just never expected such a high cost. This is my last trip there as there are many other places to choose from. They all should be doing the same work, education would be my advise. I gave them a great review 3 years ago but they have really gone down hill."
