"I decided to give this place a go as it is very close to where I live. First time I was there, the woman barely said two words to me and seemed annoyed I was even there. It seemed awkward. I decided to try it again as I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. On my 2nd visit, there was a different girl who was very friendly and we had a nice talk. I decided on that visit to just get a manicure with shellac. The manicure looked great! I was very impressed!Then I went back a 3rd time and had a full set put on. I noticed that the owner who was doing my nails hands were very dirty. I could literally feel something gritty when he was touching my hands. How I managed not to stop the process then and there was beyond me! Then he nicked me slightly on the side of my finger with the electronic tool. This happens, not a big deal. He then proceeded too push his fingernail against the slight cut a few times. I asked him to stop doing that as I was freaked out that his dirty nails were going to give me an infection! Then he went back to using the electronic tool and nicked the side of another finger! That one was rather painful and I pulled my hand back. He was clearly annoyed and kept taking deep breaths and exhaling dramatically. I think that was his way of to letting me know he was annoyed. Mind you a few minutes after I got there, he started doing my nails and a friend of his came in and pulled up a chair and sat uncomfortably close to my chair and they talked to one another up until the process of doing my nails was almost over. I was so annoyed from beginning to end. Based on my 3rd experience I gave it a 1 star and won’t be returning."
