"Long line, then got passed over because the guy comes to the front desk, mispronounces and basically whispers my name from behind a mask. But that's supposedly my fault. Then realizing their error I was still made to wait for someone else to go ahead of me. Tech tried to upsell me on a child's polish after she said that the service couldn't be performed on a child. Tech told me to go somewhere else to get the dip polish. Tech got mad I'd messed up one of my nails. Tech got mad I flinched when her sanding tool was burning MY nails and cuticles. She got mad because I told her an easier, less painful way to remove polish. Can't go back there I spent all afternoon and was treated rudely. I didn't bother getting a wax because I just wanted to get out of there."
