"Did not enjoy my service at this place. I went there about a year ago because it's right around the block from my job. I was charged $80 for a full set (very overpriced). But about a week ago I was in a rush and could not make it to my salon in Deer Park, so I decided to give them another try. I called to make an appointment one day for a pedicure, I waited 10 mins and when I got in the chair my pedicure only lasted 15 mins tops! That's crazy, she had people in the chair for over 30 mins for a pedicure. They never added any soap to the water it was just warm water they used. They didn't even let my foot soak, she just started working on my feet before they even touched the water. Also they DO NOT CLEAN and of the tools they use. But dumb me goes back for a manicure since I was pressed on time! I waited 30 mins after my appointment to be seen. What's the point of making an appointment it they don't stick to it?? A simple manicure cost me an hour and a half of my time!! I will not be returning to this nail salon! I will make the trip to Deer Park from now on."
