"I have been going to Island Nails for almost 3 years and always have the same girl (Sami), which I really like however the service that I've been receiving since the 1st of the year has been less than expected.Everytime I would come in I would always get the same service but the price was always different. NEVER DID I EVER PAY THE SAME FOR THE SAME SERVICE.However, the last straw was I had called to make an appt on a Friday and was told she was already gone for the day did I want to make an appt for tomorrow which would've been for Saturday? I said I will have to call back to see what my schedule looked like.When I called to make the appt for the next day I was told they didn't take appts for Saturday.So I decided to go in anyway, when I got there and wrote my name down she asked me if I had an appt and I said no they told me they don't take appts for today when I went to put my name on the list there were other people that indeed have appts and I would have to wait 30 min. Because they are short handed people have quit.Well my time is valuable too, I left and have never been back.Be careful because they have a mark up for everything and you'll never pay for the same service twice.Sad because I really liked my girl and she always did a great job."
