"I would do negative stars if possible. I went in last Saturday asking for black flat finish polish on my nails with a small gem on each ring finger....what I came out with was a black polish with less shine than typical polish, the gems fell off the same day!!!! I worked all week so went in on Friday to let them know and the request polish change free of charge (it was their mistake). I was told he would go over the polish to fix the finish and the PEELING polish after only 6 days, and replace the gems. I declined that service stating I wanted the polish removed and redone not “fixed”. I was told that it is typically $17 but he would charge me $15. Obviously I will take my business elsewhere from now on!!!! Horrible customer service!!!"
