"I had an appointment for a manicure at the Rookwood Pavilion Mitchell's. It was supposed to be at 9:30. I paid for an Uber to get there. I got there around 9:15. I waited and waited until about 10:00 when they told me she hadn't shown up for work, and they couldn't get in touch with her. I was leaving the next morning for a trip, so I really needed my nails fixed before then. They couldn't work me in, so they did give me a gift card for the price of a manicure. However, it cost me the price of a manicure just to pay fory Uber there and back, not counting the fact that I had lost the morning of a very busy day. I hope the manicurist is OK, but this was one huge waste of time and expense."
