"Let me begin by saying I have been a loyal client in the flagship location since it’s inception. Since 2007, I have been to the Newbury Street location for services almost 150 times. I have an ongoing relationship with a technician there whom I have been a client of for more than ten years. I have referred countless family and friends as the number of MiniLuxe mlocations grow around the state. I have since moved out of Boston but continue to make trips into the city to see my trusted technician. I have been to the Lynnfield location only a few times but the professionalism of the reception staff leaves much to be desired. I had a bad interaction with Makayla today regarding scheduling and pricing of my services. She was disputing what service I was scheduled for versus what was actually performed. I was told how it was scheduled and the price could not be changed in the system. Makayla was arguing with me about this in front of other clients and I was actually embarrassed for MiniLuxe. Anyone who is the face of the business should know how to properly interact with customers. Your staff needs much more training on how to interact with customers and how to deal with out of the box situations because there is always an amicable solution to everything where the customer still feels honored. I actually walked out, did not have my second service and am sorry to say, I will not be back to this location."
