"I made this account just to leave this review….., that is how upset I am about the level of service I received at this salon. Not only did they do a horrible job on my nails and toes (check out the pics, they speak for themselves…and I’m way too embarrassed to show you my toes), but then they had the nerve to try to charge me $30 to remove them. She wanted to charge me for HER MISTAKE. She looked at my nails, saw how horrible they were and had the audacity to tell me that she would not remove those dumpster fires that she put on my hands unless I paid…. And this is after I already paid $60 for the horrible job that she did…. which I’m so upset I even did UGH.I strongly suggest that you NEVER step foot into this establishment. Katie is by far the worse manager I’ve ever dealt with, they don’t know how to do nails and they have THEE WORSE SERVICE."
