"So tired of listening to Michelle tell people what they need instead of what they want. Simple request like 2 layers of top coat (for extra strength) and she toldme no.... humm, anybody that has done my nails in the past 30 years generally does that without even being asked. Very rude. I hate it when they start speaking foreign language when somebody walks out the door....I went there many times just out of confidence. No more."
