"Very disappointed. I went in today with a group to an appointment we made for 2:30. Part of my group got there a few minutes before me. I walked in and was not greeted for ten minutes. My sister had to say something before anyone came over to me and my daughters. During my pedicure the woman cut my toenail away from my cuticle! She was apologetic and although it hurt very much I wasn’t going to say anything further. When it came time to polish my toenails the woman had Mia come over and she asked her what to do. Mia began telling me that the woman did not do this to my toenail. This made me so upset. As if I am going to come in with it like that and say someone did that to me?! She said it would have bled... it did bleed!! A lot! She didn’t see it until after the lady had me soak it and it was time to polish so it was finished bleeding. As if that wasn’t enough we were there for three hours even with our appointment and countless people walked in and were handled and finished before us. One of my daughters polish has black lint in it and my other daughter didn’t receive the hand massage part of her manicure. I paid almost $220 and had the worst experience ever without any attempt to make it right. To me that’s the worst part of it all. Everyone makes mistakes but as a business owner myself I know the importance of making things right and keeping customers happy. If your business could not accommodate our group of seven without all of the problems we had then you shouldn’t have allowed our appointment and you definitely should not have continued taking on more customers when you hadn’t finished with our group yet. Completely unacceptable. And these are only me and my daughters’ experiences. The other girls I was with also had problems."
