"Unfortunately did not have a good expierence. I was very excited to finally save up money to have a full set so i decided to come here from joliet because a friend reccomened me this place. I had Susan. She was very aggressive with my hands, when she was cutting the length of the fake nails, she cut my actual finger and she would laugh about it even though it was painful. She tugged on my hands very aggressively and kept pulling my arms when she could’ve told me to adjust myself. Before painting my nails, i told her i did not like the shape of my nails, they’re too wide and honestly looked cheap. She tried to tell me they were okay. The red nails were done by kevin, who used to work there. And the blue nails were done by Susan. Obviously a huge difference. I left very upset rather than mad because i genuinely believed i did wasted my money. Never again 😔"
