"I called Mary nails on the Memorial Day weekend due to a broken nail. They weren't busy like the other shops so I asked how much it would cost. Mary quoted me 40. Once I got in the chair she tried to change her price and charge me an extra 10 for shaping my nails the exact way they were. When I questioned why she was charging me more she got smart and told me shaping nails are hard and if it was so easy we'd do it ourselves. I told the unprofessional woman to get off my hands and went to J and J nails in Penn Hills and not only were they cheaper, but the work was better...they were more professional and didn't play the bait and switch game. I'll never go back there and hopefully you won't neither. Just a rip off! Horrible service and I overheard them talking about their customers. Just horrible!!!! A rating of 1 is to high....0- is my true rating. Someone needs to buy them out! Trying to take advantage of someone! Just horrible!"
