"The owner of this salon is a miserable, unprofessional, person. She doesn’t smile, doesn’t greet anyone, constantly checking her phone and texting, and on top of that is extremely rude. I gave this place multiple chances because it’s walking distance from my condo but not anymore after todays appointment. I walked in around 4:50 pm and she says to come back at 6pm. I come back at 6 and she had multiple other people waiting since 5:30. I wasn’t brought to a chair until 6:20 pm. Not once was she courteous enough to apologize or say it would be a while longer. Nothing. Just walking around with a nasty mean look on her face. The people working here are nice and friendly but this lady is ruining her own business which is a shame. Upon checking out, my card was charged $29, when normally it’s $25. When I asked about the price change, she gave me an attitude and said “yup, it went up because I got new chairs.” Ok? Where is the sign to notify customer? She says it’s coming but confirmed it’s been almost a month since the change. She continued to swear about me in Vietnamese and that’s when I turned around and told her I understand every word (my husband is Vietnamese.) what a total joke. I will never come back here or recommend anyone!"
