"They dropped my brand new OPI polish and got it all over my purse. Never said sorry and no discount on services. This place has slipped. Used to give you brand new Emery board and nail buffer and rest of stuff in a sterilized package. No more. They do seem to clean things with alcohol but you wonder. I won't return."
