"Did a fine job on pedicure. Haven’t gone for their services. Took my reservation but then we still had to wait 45 mins to start our appointment. Just be upfront and let us know that the reservations are loose when we call so that we know. Place was so crowded, so I get it, but don’t make reservations you can’t really keep."
