"I had to settle for a manicure from a kind lady named Anne who did great job of cleaning up my cuticles...not so good at polishing (too thick, didnt dry properly). Her owner/mgr tried to force me to get gel..which i did not want....by telling me that acrylic overlay on super short nails costs as much as a full set($28)! We know thats nonsense! So...i got a decent mani for $13. Get a mani ladies! Thanks Anne"
