"I was in the suburbs and decided to give this place a try. I asked for a gel manicure with a coffin shape. The lady shaped all 10 of my nails differently. One was round, one was square, the others, I don’t even know... She didn’t even cut back my cuticles. She got out the nail polish like she was ready to paint and I politely asked her to shape my nails better. She didn’t say anything to me. She just got up and had some other woman do it. She didn’t apologize or seem to even care. The other lady shaped them nicely and they turned out okay, but I really can’t believe she was just going to paint my nails with all of them shaped differently. Ask for the older Asian lady if you want a good job. She’s the one who shaped my nails correctly."
