"This shop is very professional in doing nails, but very disrespectful to their clients. When you have an appt for 1:30 and arrive at 1:20 and are almost run over by tech running out the door saying I will be late. What the heck? She is supposed to give me a fill. NO explanation!!! I question employees and response is, “ She will return in short whi!e or in 10 min. Still no explanation. In over an hour she returns. Still no apologie or explanation. There is no reason for this. If you are taking a lunch break, do not schedule a client. It’s that simple. Hope owner reads this and makes changes, otherwise business will fail! Will not return!!!!!!!!"
