"If this place had zero stars that's what I would give. I've tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt several times. I mainly continue going here due to convenience. However, after today I won't! The lady took help of my eyebrow off as I was getting waxed!!! She handed me a mirror and said she messed up! I immediately started crying it was awful! She continued to apologize over and over. She got her manager who usually does my brows. She apologized and stated she would try to fix it. I explained to her if the other girl did not know how to wax she doesn't need to doing it. Her and the girl were going back and forth in Vietnamese. Which aggravates me because it is really unprofessional. Every time I go in there this happens and they are loud. It is quite an uncomfortable experience and makes it difficult to be a customer there. The owner is the same way and quite rude. The lady that waxes constantly coughs as she is waxing me and then touches my face...gross! I am DONE once and for all with this place but without half of an eyebrow!!!"
