"Bought my wife a gift certificate here for mothers day. She goes in and gets a mani-pedi package. She did like the atmosphere of the shop, but they messed up one of her finger nails and refused to fix it because they were about to close for the evening. Then, several hours later she takes a shower and her toe nail polish starts to come off her toes. I spent a lot of money for my wife just for that bad experience. I won't be buying another gift certificate."
