"Paid $35 for a gel manicure and $30 for a pedicure. The lady cut my finger-s MULTIPLE times. She was in a rush and my nails came out thick and bulky. I still paid and left a tip. Go home and notice one of my nails has shellac digging into the side of my finger. I go to work the next morning and the piece that’s digging into my cuticles starts hurting every time I type a key. I go in after work, less than 24 hours of having these done and she tries to charge me an additional $20 to have them fixed. I told her to just remove it because I am not paying an additional $20. She rushes to remove the polish, hurting my already cut cuticles and she didn’t even take ALL of the polish off. Terrible customer service. Definitely will not be returning"
