"I went in here a few weeks ago for a fill in... she asked me if i wanted my nails shorter (i had really long pointy stiletto nails) i said yes. She cut my nail all the way down and changed the shape. In no way shape or form did I say I wanted a shape change just them shorter. She ended up having to put a new nails on because when i told her i wanted to keep my shape... the nail was way too short to make the shape look good. She cut my whole nail off and put a new one on and i was charged extra for it."
