"A good nail spa hampered by a horribly rude male receptionist. My wife was treated extremely rude by the guy at the front desk. She's a regular customer and a good tipper. She called today to make an appointment. After arriving 12 minutes early, the man at the front desk didn't look at her when he talks, and also let other new customers get seated first. My wife reminded him that she didn't need anyone in particular to do her pedicure, just the manicure. He said she never sai...d that. My wife reminded him she specifically told him this last time and again on the phone. Again, he replies without looking at her very gruffly, and refused to explain why other customers were being seated before her. Long story short, my wife decided to take her business elsewhere. If anyone is reading this from the store, either fire this guy or reassign him. He's not doing the business any favors. Good riddance. See More"
