"I absolutely wanted to love it here. First let me say that the ambiance is beautiful. Clean floors. Nice furniture. Plus they offer champagne. I appreciate that it’s black owned as I choose to support my people. However...... the service was bad and the cost is outrageous. I simply wanted my sns polish removed. The process to remove it took well over an hour for something that only takes 10 minutes everywhere else. I figured there was a secret technique they had to enhance my nail appearance and health. Nope. Just an unnecessarily long and tedious process. Upon treating my cuticles I was cut in the process and started bleeding. No bandaid. No peroxide. Nothing. Just some liquid stopper that I’m sure isn’t meant for cuts like that. By this point I was livid and just wanted to go home. My nails are uneven. They weren’t all filed to the same length. My hands are extremely ashy and lotion was applied on them. How sway? I purchased a face moisturizer and was told the price was $60 but I got 30% off of it. I’m not sure how it works yet but for that price I hope to be oil free forever. Sadly I won’t be returning. I do wish them the best and trust they make some changes for the better. No hard feelings."
