"Being quite upset, I was hesitant on writing this review but decided to share my experiences at this shop.The GOODExtremely clean!I started going here early 2018. Lee was PHENOMENAL, however, she went off on maternity leave in June. I then saw Helen and she did an exceptional job a few times after. Shortly thereafter I went to Tim who was outstanding, he is meticulous, friendly and really takes pride in his work. He is a true professional! I really cannot say enough great things about these three!The BADWhen patrons walk into a shop, one does not like to feel as though you are bothering the front desk. The expression of upset as you walk in for an appointment is not received very well as a patron.Let's face it we are PAYING and tipping very well for your services! With my last visit I asked if they could do a polish change in my foot as my other foot was in a cast. This was not the first time! As usual the same individual at the front is angry and says they were totally booked for the day. Mind you it was 1p. So I finished my no chip manicure and hobbled to the chair in the front and sat to get my keys. LOW AND BEHOLD a bunch of walk ins come in..he asked if they have appointments which none did. They needed POLISH CHANGES, no chip manicures, pedicures etc. About 8 people. So I sat there and was in total disarray as to why is it that every single time I personally ask for a service there is aWeak excuse of NO??? Also, a little word to the WISE! Be extremely careful with the angry face and speaking in your native tongue about guests! You would be surprised how many people understand what is being said about them!Nevertheless, I left and did not say a word. At that point why bother, as I will not beg anyone to take my money!! So I went to a shop not too far that was packed. Being that I did not have an appointment, I had very little expectations. It was the COMPLETE opposite greeting and they were most accommodating and friendly! Let's face it the first impression is the most lasting!It is sad when you have exceptional people working in an establishment but the person managing the front desk blatantly turn customers away. A little word of advice as I am in an industry leading in outstanding customer service. A genuine smile goes along way and leave your attitudes outside of the door.Thank you, a true bitter sweet experience! It is my hope that the owner of this fine establishment gets their team focussed NOT just on service but Customer Service. Trust me..it will set you apart from all of the rest. Best wishes."
