"Not sure if there was something wrong with the polish or the application or what, but tiny bubbles started appearing all over the surface of my nails after about a half-hour, making them look bumpy. Also, some of my nails still weren't dry hours after i left the salon-- I'm talking still actually sticky to the touch. This has never happened to me at any of the dozen other salons in the area. I won't be returning!"
