"absolutely horrible customer service. went there for an 11 o’clock appointment for pedicures and manicures with my mom and friend in preparation for my wedding tomorrow. they had us all sit at the pedicure chairs, then two ladies helped my friend and i. meanwhile my mom is waiting. then our pedicures were done and they took us over to get our nails done while my mom was still waiting for someone to help her with a pedicure. an hour and fifteen minutes after our appointment and my mom is still waiting in the chair to have someone help her. She finally left and no one seemed to care. Don’t let us make an appointment for 11 if you can’t help us at 11. Absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful."
