"The staff does not pay attention to the customers wile working on them more do they try at least TRY to meet there needs. They push the more expensive product that they have at the time in you. And dont lisson or possable under stand when u ask them a simple request ( shorter, longer , EVEN.. they have had many nail techs in and out over the past several years and only a few are actuly kind and knowledgeable. The waits are long some times and depending on the tech not worth the wait. Even with an appointment they fail to attend to you in a timely manner. I'm extreamly disappointed in there service latley."
