"At one point I loved this place- I can definitely say that V does beautiful work. But since February I have tried to get my manicure and pedicure and each time was either given a 90 minute wait and or come back tomorrow. Last night I went in for a manicure & pedicure there was a few people ahead of me. At first I was told 'ok I can wait my turn- but would be long wait'- I was determined to wait. Then the older woman tells me 'no no you must come back we close at 7pm and there won't be time for you' ... I left. NEVER again will I go there and or recommend this place to anyone. If I had gotten there 30 minutes before closing I could totally understand not being serviced. But I was there well over and hour before closing and just needed a simple manicure not gel and basic pedicure. The customer service is awful, waits are beyond long and your lucky if you can get service."
