"Normally I have nothing but good things to say about Lotus. But today, I had an appointment at 3:45 with Ann and didn't get with her until 4 after Tony put my tips on. Once I was seated with Ann and she started it was 4. Then, she stared with the acrylic which ended up all over my fingers. Then she put way too many layers on. I do not like my nails thick. Once the acrylic part was done she began to file the sides of my nails where she left chunks of acrylic that I had to file at home. Took her forever to paint on the gel polish. She kept forgetting which finger she left off on. Layered the polish on WAY too thick. Again, I don't like thick nails. When all was said and done it was 5:30. Two hours!!!! And I was very late picking up my daughter. Don't list a service for 55-60 min and let it take 2 hours!! Her skills and timing need to be re evaluated."
