"Very rude at Liz Nails!.. The tech that waited on Me needs to learn ALOT about Customer Service & how to treat their customers. I was Very upset when I left. The only time the Tech spoke to me was in a rude tone of voice and she told Me my nails need to be cut & if I didn’t like it at Liz nails I could go somewhere else!!!.. WOW!!.. I am in Customer Service myself & would NEVER IMAGINE talking to one of my customers in that rude tone. I make sure all my customers leave happy:) I hope nobody else gets the same poor treatment I just did today... her name was Hanna"
