"i went to get my acrylics taken off and the woman who did it wasn’t being gentle at all, kept looking up to talk to other people and made the process so painful i kept audibly making noises of discomfort. when she cut and filed my nails, she forgot some of them because she was talking to other people who worked there and kept getting up to go argue about a bottle of polish. she left my nails incredibly jagged and rough and when i asked her to clean up a few she assured me she knew what she was doing and then ignored what i asked for, leaving my nails completely ruined."
