"I use to love this salon but since all the awesome wonderful nail technicians left it is not the great salon I use to look forward going to! Rachael the owner very rude over the phone with helping and assuring to make appointments. Then got snippy after she answered the phone once they were 'closed' sorry trying to book an appointment with a salon that is hard to get into you shouldn't have answered the phone! When customers are looking for someone to make there appointment with they should speak directly to the technician they want because she has no customer service skills. Your shop is ran poorly as it looks with all the maintenance fixes it needs. With all the buisness you get from loyal customers you should learn how to speak to them and fix your faucets while your at it. Miss my Trisha tram and big red!"
