"Loved going there but recently my appointment that I always book before I leave there was mysteriously not in the computer so I tried to make another appointment and was told that the stylist who I loved Patty was booked I have tried to make several appointments and is told the same thing each time so unfortunately I had to go else where. It’s a shame the place is way too busy and your wait time there is long ! Sorry Patty! Front desk associates not very helpful when you call or not accommodating when trying to explain having limited days off and hard to schedule Patty is wonderful I just wish I got to talk to her instead of the front desk!"
